I have some new products to share and two exciting announcements!

NEW LOCATION

I can now be found at the Town Square Tuesdays Farmers Market in Noe Valley! I will be there Tuesdays, 3pm - 7pm, from November 19th to December 17th. You can now pick up any orders in person at the farmer’s market!

BULK PACKAGING

Also I am now offering the Caramels and Pinecones in larger quantities for your holiday feasts and dessert buffets! These are bulk packaged and are ready for you to display them at your gatherings. Bulk orders cannot be mailed, they must be picked up.

Peanut Butter Pinecones

Hand molded and painted pinecones, organic peanut butter, a bit of Maldon sea salt, and a blend of Ecuadorian chocolates, 49% milk and 72% dark.

Peanut butter and milk chocolate, a nostalgic flavor, and an American classic. For a twist, this confection is made in the style of Italian Gianduja. The flavor is nutty and rich with a bit of salt. The bittersweet and dark-milk chocolates are made with direct-trade Ecuadorian cocoa.

Salted Butter Caramel

A classic caramel, soft and rich, fills a shell of 72% bittersweet chocolate.

To create this caramel, cream and salted butter from Sonoma county are blended with burnt sugar and finished with Maldon sea salt. The soft caramel fills a shell of smooth 72% Ecuadorian bittersweet chocolate.

Pâte de Fruit

Two flavors for the autumn season: red berries with dark chocolate, and passion fruit with Grüner Veltliner wine.

Late season Watsonville strawberries and raspberries, from Ortiz Brothers farms, are blended with smooth 64% chocolate for a confection with bright and rich flavors. Locally grown passion fruit is herbal and round in its flavor, less tart than the tropical fruit. I blend the fruit with Grüner Veltliner wine from Austria to brighten the acidity and deepen the herbal notes. Pâte de Fruit is a classic French confection for preserving seasonal fruit. I find that it allows great creativity and play of seasonal flavors.

Find me on Tuesday evenings at the Noe Valley Town Square Evening Market.

Include the date you would like to pickup. I will be there Tuesdays from November 19th to December 17th from 3 to 7pm.

Delivery

Each Friday afternoon I will make deliveries in San Francisco. Please include the date. Delivery is available Fridays from November 22nd to December 20th. Please include the address and any contact information that is needed for the delivery.
